I'm Shatera Mayo, and ice cream has been a part of my heart for as long as I can remember.

My love for ice cream started at a young age, thanks to some very special memories with my maternal grandmother. Every chance she got, she would sneak me out of the house in the mornings, just the two of us for our secret trips to the bakery around the corner. We’d grab a donut and a scoop of ice cream. Enjoying those quiet moments together. My grandmother is still a very special part of my life today, and those childhood trips remain some of my favorite memories with her. Those little outings were more than just a treat—they were a tradition, a sweet escape, and they ignited my lifelong passion for all things ice cream.
