  • How much does shipping cost & How do you ship the Ice Cream?

We Offer Flat-Rate Shipping & Next Day Shipping within The United States. Our frozen goods are carefully packed in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep your items frozen. Inside the box: -109.3°F.  
  • What's your return policy?

Due to the perishable and melty nature of our ice cream, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and refunds are not offered. Need assistance with your order. Contact us at contact@mayosdreamrolled.co

  •  Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased online and redeemed with Mayos Dream Rolled Ice Cream.

  • I have a nut allergy. Is M.D.R.I.C good for me?

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. Although we follow cleaning and sanitation procedures between products, cross-contact may occur. If you or the recipient has a severe food allergy, please consult a healthcare professional before ordering.

  • Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Shipped ice cream orders require a minimum of six pints, and shipped cookie orders require a minimum of six cookies. With our flat-rate shipping, you can order more while paying the same flat shipping rate.

  • Do you deliver to a PO Box?
No. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.   
  • Can I pick a specific delivery date?

At this time, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Once your order is ready to ship, we'll send you an email with your shipping information.

  • How are your cookies shipped?

Our fresh-baked cookies are carefully packaged to help maintain freshness during transit. Cookie orders are shipped separately from frozen ice cream orders and do not require dry ice. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

  • How Long Do The Cookies Stay Fresh?

Up to two weeks! Our cookies aren’t packed with unnecessary preservatives, but they are carefully packaged to help maintain their freshness. For the best experience, enjoy your cookies within two weeks of receiving them.

Need a little more time? Pop them in the freezer as soon as they arrive to help preserve their freshness for up to a month. When you’re ready for your sweet escape, simply thaw and warm them up for that fresh-baked experience. 🍪
