Shipping policy

We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes. Contingent on order volume, please allow 4-5 business days to process your order from the day you purchased. All orders placed after 1PM PST will be consider for next day placement. Please be available to receive your order with this timeline in mind. Once your order is placed, we're unable to make edits or place orders on hold.

EXAMPLE - If you placed an order Monday after 1PM PST, it would be considered that you placed the order on Tuesday. 

We ship Monday through Friday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday—depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, day and time of checkout. (We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday.) Thank you!
