At checkout, we cannot guarantee a specific day. We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.
We ship Monday through Friday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday—depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. (We don’t deliver on Sunday or Monday.)
Contingent on order volume, we estimate 4-5 business days to fulfill your order plus, 1-2 days of delivery time. Please be available to receive your order with this timeline in mind. Once your order is placed, we're unable to make edits or place orders on hold.
Shipping Information: Freshly Baked Cookies; We take great care in preparing your freshly baked cookies to ensure they arrive as delicious and fresh as when they left our oven. All of our cookies are baked daily in small batches and hand packaged to order.
Packaging: • Cookies are individually wrapped to prevent sticking and crumbling. • We use padded boxes to prevent damage and ensure they stay fresh during transit. Warm Weather Shipping: • For warm weather, enjoy the more gooey nature of your cookie. In extreme temperatures, we recommend selecting overnight shipping for optimal freshness.
Order Tracking: • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can check the delivery status at any time. Once your order is placed, we're unable to make edits or place orders on hold.
